What type of Equipment do you supply?
We supply all cooking, refrigerated and display commercial catering equipment either for rent or sale.
Can I rent all the equipment?
Yes all equipment can be rented on a minimum 12 month agreement. There us no minimum value for rental agreements.
What are my options after the minimum rental period?
After the minimum 12 month term you have the option to continue renting, purchase the item with a 75% rebate of the rent paid for the previous 12 months or return the item.
What happens if we have a breakdown?
RENTALS: Simply contact us and we will arrange for a service call. Providing it is not deemed as user fault, we will cover all costs associated with the repair.
BUY NEW: If you’ve purchased, again contact us. If it is within the manufacturer’s warranty period and it is not deemed to be users fault there will be no charge ***and we will organize the repairs with the manufacturer.*** If it is outside these parameters we can suggest authorised and reliable contractors.
Is the Equipment for rent new?
Yes all our equipment will be supplied as brand new. We may have some equipment that has been refurbished that will be at a cheaper rate but this is subject to stocks and is your decision.
How long does it take to get the equipment?
If purchasing, it will be delivered within 7 days from the time of order and payment.
If renting the same time period applies from the time of signing the agreement and payment of deposit. In both cases, delivery is dependent on availability of stock.
What are your payment terms?
A deposit is required at time of order. If purchasing, the balance is required before despatch. If renting the first rental payment is required prior to despatch then future rental payments are required via direct debit weekly or monthly in advance
Is installation included in the price?
Installation costs including any electrical, plumbing or gas works required to meet the needs are at the customers expense.
